Jo Adell went 1-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in the Angels' 3-2 loss to the Nationals.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite the loss, Adell's power stroke was on display as he added to his season tally with his 17th homer. However, his season-long struggles are evident with a batting average lingering around the Mendoza Line at .202. His power numbers are respectable, but his high strikeout rate and low walk rate continue to limit his on-base potential. Fantasy managers should view Adell as a high-risk, high-reward option, primarily contributing in the home run and RBI categories, but a liability in batting average and OBP.
