Grifol led the White Sox to an 89-190 record since he was hired in November, 2022. "Unfortunately, the results were not there, and a change is necessary as we look to our future and the development of a new energy around the team," GM Chris Getz said. The White Sox are expected to begin a search for a new coach at the conclusion of this season.
