The Red Sox have placed Tyler O'Neill on the 10-day IL with an infection in his left leg. (Pete Abraham on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
O’Neill was sick with a stomach virus and will now miss time with a leg infection. The Red Sox expect him to be available to be activated from the IL when first eligible.
