Adbert Alzolay will undergo Tommy John surgery to reconstruct his UCL. He may miss all of the 2025 season. (Meghan Montemurro on X)
Fantasy Impact:
Manager Craig Counsell didn't give an exact timetable for a return, but it is safe to say Alzolay will miss most of the 2025 season. Alzolay has missed most of the 2024 season due to a flexor strain but suffered a setback during a rehab outing and will now need surgery.
