Keegan Thompson activated from IL, optioned

The Cubs have activated Keegan Thompson from the IL and optioned him to Triple-A Iowa. (Meghan Montemurro on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Thompson had been out of action with a right rib fracture. With no room currently in the Cubs’ bullpen, Thompson will head to the minors and attempt to work his way back later this season.
