James McCann returns to Game 1 Monday

James McCann was removed from the first game of a doubleheader with Toronto after being hit in the face during his first at-bat. He later returned to first base and has not officially been replaced in the lineup. (Roch Kubatko on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
McCann was hit in the face by a pitch and was tended to by the Orioles’ training staff. Considering where he was hit, he will likely be evaluated for a concussion.
