The Phillies have optioned Michael Rucker to Triple-A Lehigh Valley. (Scott Lauber on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Rucker will head back to the minors to free up a roster spot for the recently acquired Carlos Estevez. He will remain a depth option should the Phillies need a fresh arm in the bullpen.
