Fantasy Impact:
The Marlins continue to tear down their roster to begin a full rebuild. The other 29 teams will have an opportunity to claim Bell off waivers. If Bell lands at a place where he gets regular playing time, it will more than likely be an improvement as far as a lineup is concerned.
