Alex Cobb is dealing with a popped blister on his right index finger and will likely have his return from the IL pushed back. (Shayna Rubin on X)
Fantasy Impact:
Cobb threw only 50 pitches in what would have been his final rehab start, but was lifted early likely due to the blister. It is still possible that he can return to the rotation without another rehab start, potentially for this weekend's series vs the Reds.
