The Phillies have activated Michael Rucker (hand) from the 60-day IL. (Matt Gelb on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Rucker will take the roster spot of the recently traded Seranthony Dominguez. He posted a 4.91 WHIP and 1.44 WHIP with the Cubs last season and his first appearance will be his debut with the Phillies.
