Griffin Canning dealing with elbow issue

Fantasy Impact:
Canning did not get his second half started the way he wanted, surrendering six earned runs over 3 1/3 innings in Oakland. He threw 62 pitches before being lifted, and it was apparently the slider that was bothering his elbow. Canning said he is not overly concerned about the issue. For now, expect him to make his next scheduled start in Seattle on Wednesday.
