George Springer went 1-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in the Blue Jays' 5-4 loss to the Tigers.

Springer's two-run shot contributed to his season tally, but it wasn't enough to secure a win for Toronto. Despite the home run, Springer's season has been underwhelming, batting just .225 with a modest .301 wOBA. His power numbers are decent, with 11 homers, but his overall production hasn't lived up to expectations. Fantasy managers should view Springer as a potential power source, but his low batting average and inconsistent production make him a risky play in all but the deepest of leagues.
