Brandon Drury has quiet night, Angels edge Mariners 6-5

by Chris Schommer | Angels Correspondent | Sat, Jul 13th 8:13am EDT

Brandon Drury went 2-for-4 in the Angels' narrow victory over the Mariners.

Fantasy Impact:

Despite not contributing to the runs or RBI, Drury managed to notch a couple of hits, though they lacked extra-base power. His performance this season has been underwhelming, with a batting average lingering around the Mendoza Line. His lack of power and run production severely limits his fantasy appeal. With a wOBA of .221 and a BABIP of .223, there's little to suggest an imminent turnaround. Fantasy managers should consider Drury a low-end option, primarily useful in deeper leagues where playing time is the main commodity.
