Andrew Benintendi went 2-for-3 in the White Sox's narrow 4-3 loss to the Marlins.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite the team's defeat, Benintendi managed to notch two hits and score a run, contributing positively in a struggling lineup. His performance, however, is a mere glimmer in what has been a lackluster season, with a batting average lingering around the Mendoza Line at .197. Given his current stats, including a low wOBA of .240 and BABIP of .221, fantasy managers should remain cautious. Benintendi's lack of power and speed numbers this season further limits his upside, making him a risky play in all but the deepest of fantasy leagues.
