Shawn Dubin had a rough outing, allowing three earned runs and five hits over 2 2/3 innings in the Astros' narrow 13-12 victory over the Twins.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite striking out two, Dubin's performance was marred by the hits and a walk he allowed, contributing to his already elevated season ERA of 5.40 and WHIP of 1.62. This game does little to reassure fantasy managers of his reliability, particularly in high-pressure situations. His season-long metrics, including a high BABIP of .361, suggest that he's been somewhat unlucky, but his inconsistency remains a concern.
