Tommy Edman (ankle) to start rehab assignment Tuesday

Cardinals manager Oli Marmol said Tommy Edman is scheduled to begin his rehab assignment on Tuesday with Double-A Springfield. (John Denton on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It will be the 2024 debut for Edman who has been sidelined all season after undergoing corrective surgery on his right wrist in October. After suffering a number of setbacks, Edman is ready to return to playing in live games. He'll likely require a lengthy rehab assignment.
