Luis Garcia (elbow) to make rehab start Thursday

Astros manager Joe Espada said Luis Garcia will make his second minor-league rehab start on Thursday for Double-A Corpus Christi. (Chandler Rome on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Garcia will be making his second rehab start. He is continuing to work his way back from Tommy John surgery and will likely need to make at least a few more rehab starts.
