Luis Garcia swipes base in loss to Rays

Luis Garcia went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in the Nationals' 3-1 loss to the Rays.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite the steal, Garcia's overall impact was minimal in a game where the Nationals struggled to generate much offense. His season batting average now sits at .257, reflecting a consistent but unspectacular performance at the plate. Garcia's ability to add stolen bases (11 on the season) does provide some value in categories leagues, but his low walk rate and moderate power numbers limit his upside in points formats. Fantasy managers should view Garcia as a middle-infield option whose value is largely dependent on the scoring settings of their leagues.
