Max Scherzer allowed one hit over five scoreless innings on Sunday against the Royals.
Fantasy Impact:
Scherzer retired 13 in a row to start off the day before MJ Melendez hit a double for the lone hit he would allow. He added four strikeouts, while throwing 57 pitches and 39 strikes in his first start of the season. He should continue to be built back up for Texas.
