As expected, the #STLCards announce they have activated RHP Giovanny Gallegos from the 15-day IL.

RHP Adam Kloffenstein, who pitched a scoreless inning in his MLB debut on Thursday, was optioned to Triple-A.

Victor Scott II, the 27th player for Thursday, was also optioned.
