The Angels have placed Jose Soriano on the 15-day IL with an abdomen infection. (Angels PR on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Soriano was scratched Monday and was already expected to miss another start, so the move to the IL makes sense if they believe it would have kept him out longer than that. The team has not outlined a timetable for his return.
