Julio Teheran signs with Orioles

Fantasy Impact:
The deal will likely be another minor-league deal for the veteran right-hander. Teheran will sign with the Orioles after spending time with them in Spring Training. With the season-ending injuries to Tyler Wells and John Means, Teheran will provide the Orioles’ rotation with some veteran depth.
