Alex Wood (shoulder) sent back for further evaluation

A’s injuries:
- Ken Waldichuk is having elbow surgery on Wednesday. A’s will give details after.
- Paul Blackburn will be in a walking boot for at least 2 weeks
- Alex Wood is back in Oakland to have his shoulder evaluated
- Luis Medina will throw 45 pitches in Arizona Wednesday

Fantasy Impact:

Wood is dealing with shoulder soreness and he apparently has been dealing with it for awhile. The team will likely make a determination on if he needs a stint on the injured list after his examination.
