The New York Mets have traded right-hander Michael Tonkin to the Minnesota Twins in exchange for cash considerations. (New York Mets on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The 34-year-old was recently designated for assignment and will quickly find a new home in Minnesota. Tonkin worked to a 4.50 ERA in four innings this season and posted a 4.28 ERA across 45 outings and 80 innings with the Braves in the 2023 campaign.
