Nick Pivetta was placed on the 15-day injured list by the Red Sox on Tuesday with a right elbow flexor strain. (Alex Speier on X)
Fantasy Impact:
Pivetta has been stellar to start the season for Boston, racking up 13 strikeouts over two starts while sporting a 0.82 ERA. He was scheduled to face Baltimore on Wednesday but the Sox will have to roll with Brennan Bernardino who was called up from Triple-A Worcester.
