Dylan Cease traded to Padres

Fantasy Impact:
Cease has had his name in the rumor mill for much of the offseason with several teams connected to the right-hander. Ultimately, it's the pitching-needy Padres who have traded for the White Sox ace. Cease finished second in AL Cy Young voting in the 2022 season when he posted a 2.20 ERA but he regressed to a 4.58 ERA across 33 starts in the 2023 campaign.
