Fantasy Impact:
It was announced on Tuesday that Bard would miss spring training due to a knee injury and the nature and timetable of the issue has become clear. The right-hander tossed a dynamite 1.79 ERA with 34 saves in 2022 but regressed to a 4.56 ERA with just one save and an unsightly 21.1% BB% across 57 appearances in 2023.
