Drew Rasmussen to return late in 2024

Fantasy Impact:
The timetable isn't clear but Rays general manager Erik Neander said Rasmussen will return after fellow Tommy John recipient Jeffrey Springs who is expected to return sometime in July or August. The right-hander worked to a healthy 2.62 ERA across eight starts in the 2023 season after breaking out with a 2.84 ERA across 28 starts in the 2022 season.
