Spencer Jones gets MLB spring invite

Jones, the No. 84 prospect in baseball, according to MLB Pipeline, is one of two Yankees top-100 prospects to get a big league invite alongside Chase Hampton. The 22-year-old spent the bulk of the 2023 season at High-A, hitting .268 with 13 home runs and 35 stolen bases in 100 games before finishing his season off with 17 games at the Double-A level with three homers and eight steals in that time.
