Israel Pineda has cleared outright waivers and has been assigned outright to Triple-A Rochester. (Bobby Blanco on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Pineda was designated for assignment last week by the Nationals. He'll continue to provide depth at catcher for Washington.
