Blake Taylor agrees to minors pact with Rangers

Fantasy Impact:
The minors pact comes with an invite to big-league camp. The left-hander had an excellent three-year run with the Astros from 2020-2022, posting a 3.06 ERA across 92 outings in that time. However, an elbow injury limited him to just 16 games in 2022 and he posted a 5.15 ERA in 35 Triple-A contests in 2023 and was unable to make it back to the big leagues in Houston.
