Fantasy Impact:
There has been definitive yet on how to fix the problem, but Tommy John surgery has been discussed for Oviedo. He posted a 4.32 ERA last season for the Pirates, but still made 32 starts for the team. It'll be another area of focus for the Pirates to add this offseason in free agency if they lose Oviedo for the season.
