Felix Bautista will undergo Tommy John surgery and will miss the postseason and all of the 2024 season. (Nathan Ruiz )
Fantasy Impact:
The Orioles knew that surgery was likely after the season, but were holding out hope that he would be able to still pitch in the postseason. Bautista did sign an extension with the Orioles through the 2025 season, which is when the closer is likely to return.
