Trevor May picked up a save Wednesday, allowing only one hit and no walks in one inning.
Fantasy Impact:
May now has 19 saves on the season, along with a 3.89 ERA and a 1.50 WHIP. While his ERA is a bit higher than desired, May's ability to consistently convert saves makes him a valuable fantasy option in leagues that count saves. However, his high WHIP and lack of strikeouts (7.6 K/9) limit his overall fantasy upside. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his performance closely.
