Ryan Tepera to opt out of Rangers deal

Fantasy Impact:
Tepera signed a minor-league deal with the Rangers after being cut loose by the Angels in June but is expected to become a free agent after opting out of his Rangers deal. Tepera was rocked for a 7.27 ERA in 10 outings with the Angels earlier this season but tossed eight scoreless innings across seven appearances at Triple-A with the Rangers. He will surely attract interest for a contender in need of bullpen help in the season's second half given his career 3.59 ERA across 371 appearances.
