Sean Doolittle (knee) shut down for next 7-to-10 days

Nationals manager Davey Martinez said Sean Doolittle has a right knee patellar tendon strain and will be shut down 7-10 days. (Bobby Blanco on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Doolittle is meeting team doctors in Washington D.C. and then may go down to Florida to rehab. He is without a clear timetable to return.
