Astros slugger Yordan Alvarez could be at least three weeks away from any sort of baseball activities. (Chandler Rome on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Alvarez hit the shelf in the first week of July with an oblique injury and it sounds as if he may not even be back before the All-Star break next month. Obviously, it's a significant blow for an Astros offense that is tied for 19th alongside the Washington Nationals with a .313 wOBA on the season while Alvarez was hitting .277 with 17 home runs and a monstrous .977 OPS across 57 appearances on the campaign.
