Wallach takes over behind the plate for Matt Thaiss who got the nod on Wednesday night. Wallach has been surprisingly potent at the plate, hitting .246 but with four homers and a .780 OPS across 62 trips to the plate. He'll hit eighth against Cubs lefty Drew Smyly.
