Luis Patino promoted from Triple-A

The Tampa Bay Rays have recalled pitcher Luis Patino from Triple-A. (Marc Topkin on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Patino takes the roster spot of Calvin Faucher who was placed on the injured list due to elbow inflammation. The former top prospect has been rocked for a 7.64 ERA across six starts and 10 relief appearances spanning 35 1/3 innings at Triple-A this season.
