Garrett Hill promoted from Triple-A Toledo

Fantasy Impact:
Hill will take the spot of fellow hurler Alex Faedo who hit the IL with a finger injury on Saturday. The 27-year-old made 17 appearances (eight starts) for a beat-up Tigers staff last season, pitching to a solid 4.03 ERA. He was roughed up for eight earned runs in seven innings with the Tigers early this season and owns a 4.78 ERA and a 30.6% K% -- albeit alongside a bloated 14.9% BB% -- in 26 1/3 innings at Triple-A.
