Johan Oviedo allowed six runs on 10 hits and three walks while striking out three across five innings during Saturday’s 8-2 loss against the Blue Jays.
Fantasy Impact:
The start of Saturday’s outing was less than ideal for the 25-year-old as four runs crossed home in the opening frame. After allowing six runs in 24 1/3 inning pitched in his first four starts of the year, Oviedo (2-3) has seen his ERA shoot up to 5.59 while yielding 17 runs in his last three. His next scheduled start is this week in Baltimore.
