Hunter Gaddis allowed three runs on eight hits over five innings in a 4-3 loss to the Tigers in Game 1 of a Tuesday doubleheader. Gaddis struck out one and walked one.
Fantasy Impact:
Gaddis turned in a pedestrian outing against a beatable Tigers lineup but escaped with a no-decision. Gaddis now has a 0-1 record, 7.64 ERA, 1.58 WHIP, and 12 strikeouts over 17 2/3 innings of work. He will face the Marlins next time through the rotation.
