Drew Rasmussen roughed up as Rays' historic run ends
by Andersen Pickard | Rays Correspondent | Sat, Apr 15th 10:05am EDT
Drew Rasmussen allowed five runs through 4 1/3 innings of work against the Blue Jays on Friday. His final line included eight hits, four walks, and four strikeouts. The right-hander was charged with the loss as Tampa Bay ultimately fell to Toronto by a score of 6-3, snapping its 13-game winning streak to start the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Rasmussen had not allowed a run through his first two games (13 innings), but that all changed when he faced a tough Blue Jays lineup on Friday. The 27-year-old dropped to 2-1 but should still be rostered in most fantasy leagues.
