The Tampa Bay Rays have selected the contract of pitcher Braden Bristo from Triple-A Durham. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Bristo, 28, takes the roster spot of top prospect Taj Bradley who tossed five innings of three-run ball with eight strikeouts in his MLB debut Wednesday night. Bristo has yet to make his own big-league debut and has scuffled to a 5.40 ERA -- albeit with a 3.77 FIP and big-time 31.8% K% -- across four outings with Durham this season.
