Franchy Cordero hit 1-for-4 with a solo home run in New York’s 4-3 win against Cleveland on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Cordero now has four home runs in just 25 at-bats this season and is tied with Aaron Judge for the team lead. All four home runs have come in his last five games and Cordero now has the most RBI (11) by a Yankee in their first seven games with the team, passing Roger Maris, Robin Ventura, and Nick Swisher who all had 10. Cordero is slashing .280/.333/.800 so far and should continue to see regular playing time going forward, especially against right-handers.
