Fantasy Impact:
Phillips has appeared in five games this season in pinch-running and defensive replacement roles as he's made just one trip to the plate to this point. He'll get his first start of the season against Nationals left-hander Mackenzie Gore who owns a quality 2.38 ERA in two starts this season. Phillips hit just .144 with five homers, seven steals, and a .466 OPS across 83 games between the Orioles and Rays last season.
