Franchy Cordero launches third homer in win Tuesday
by Luke Monaldo | Wed, Apr 12th 1:03am EDT
Franchy Cordero went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in New York’s 11-2 victory over Cleveland on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Cordero blew the game open with his three-run bomb in the 3rd inning. It was his third home run in just 21 at-bats this season and he is tied with Giancarlo Stanton for second on the team despite having 15 fewer ABs than Stanton. Cordero is slashing .286/.348/1.110 with three home runs, 10 RBI, and four runs scored this season and offers sneaky fantasy value when he plays. He is definitely one to keep an eye on in this potent Yankee lineup.
