The Chicago White Sox placed Tim Anderson on the 10-day injured list Tuesday with a sprained left knee. (Chicago White Sox on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Anderson was pulled from Monday's game early after suffering a knee injury in a rundown trying to tag out Matt Wallner. There was initially some optimism surrounding the injury for Anderson, but the White Sox decided to play it safe and place him on the IL. He is expected to miss 2-4 weeks. Lenyn Sosa was recalled from Triple-A Charlotte as the corresponding move.
