Lars Nootbaar took 40-50 swings off a tee and took flip drill swings in batting practice on Monday. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
“I’m pretty happy with how it went today,” Nootbaar said. “I just talked to some of the trainers, and we're marking it down as a positive day. So we're happy with that.” Nootbaar has yet to start working in the field which should come next. There is a chance he returns on the Cardinals next homestand.
