Madison Bumgarner failed to reach the fifth inning for the Diamondbacks Friday night, lasting just 4 2/3 innings on the mound while allowing three runs (two earned) on five hits while also striking out five and walking six in a 6-3 win over the Dodgers.
Fantasy Impact:
Bumgarner has not had the best control on the mound to begin the season for the Diamondbacks, walking at least four batters in each of his first two starts for the club. The veteran left-hander continues to show that his best days are clearly behind him, making the 33-year-old best left off rosters in most formats currently.
